What do principals do when the unthinkable happens? The principal of Bayonne High School faced four separate crises, including a homicide, in one horrific year. He will share his experiences, supplemented by video clips from newscasts. Participants will analyze news reports and review ways to deal with the media, assess risk-reduction solutions and climate-improvement strategies, and assess their own crisis readiness.
