Learn how a comprehensive high school blended peer partnering, administrative walk-throughs, lesson design and student work examination into a comprehensive site plan that has staff talking about what matters most: teaching and learning. This plan focuses on advancing teacher leadership and can be built upon year after year as a sustained staff development model. Attendees will be given a CD with materials that can be used as is or modified.
