Study the findings from NASSP’s national study of “highly successful” middle level leaders and schools. Consider the leadership styles and practices of 98 highly successful middle level principals and the programs in their schools. Participate in small group roundtable discussions with the researchers who studied the schools and with principals from schools selected as particularly successful.
