Shuttle Bus Service
For attendees’ convenience, a FREE shuttle bus service will operate between the Phoenix Civic Plaza and official Convention hotels throughout the 2001 Convention dates except for the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, Crowne Plaza Phoenix Downtown, and Hotel San Carlos where courtesy stops on request may apply; all three hotels are within easy walking distance of the Phoenix Civic Plaza. Housing Request Deadline
The deadline for Hotel Reservation Requests was Friday, January 19, 2001. At this time, should you require accommodations it will be necessary for you to contact hotels directly.
Cancellations and/or Changes
After January 19, 2001, all changes and cancellations MUST be made directly with your assigned hotel. Please be advised—hotels will not have a record of your reservation until Monday, February 12, 2001. Processing time is required to finalize rooming lists; please do not call hotels with cancellations and/or changes until after February 12, 2001.
After March 5, 2001, as per hotels’ policy, all deposits will be forfeited.

Car Rental*
Special Convention rates with Alamo Rent-A-Car are listed here. For reservations, call (800) 732-3232 and provide the NASSP group I.D. #89779, and request Rate Code GR. The rates will be in effect one week prior to and one week after the 2001 NASSP Convention. Alamo guarantees unlimited free mileage.
